What timeframe does it take to get started?
Currently, we schedule new customers to come on board in a timeframe that works for you the customer, subject to scheduling, we can have you resting through the night soon.
How much does it cost?
We have very competitive rates, and usually are very cost effective compared to using your own staff, not to mention morale, scheduling, and staff issues. Please contact us so we can provide needs analysis, and we can further discuss pricing based on your specific requirements.
Do you have long extended contracts? What if it does not work out?
Well this has never been an issue to date, but we are patient focused, and highly customer satisfaction driven. We do not want an unsatisfied customer, and as a business we understand that an unsatisfied customer is not good business for either party.
How do you report your calls?
We send you reports in the morning for your review, so you know what occurred.
Reports are typically transmitted by fax.
